Report a translation problem
If you hear a kind of chittering noise there are probably some nearby. I heard that before I found them the second time.
Also the nests show up on the when drawing with charcoal
As Shadowhawk says, you'll probably hear them before you see them - the noise they make is quite distinctive.
What did you use to kill the bird? Might make a difference as to their hanging around or not .
So yeah I think we're expected to use something other than a gun.
Wonder if stones only stun (like rabbits)? Which wouldn't make sense because then you'd have to run in and kill it, startling the other birds.
Edit: I see I should have been using fire hardened arrows instead of stones.
I'm currently in PV and haven't seen any yet, although given the size of PV I'm not too surprised.
