With a fire you have a base chance, then Starter/Tinder/Kindling are taken into account to give your final % chance of success.
With mending, base chance then mending tool.
So, you mean sewing kit or fishing tackle + repair materials (cloth, leather, rabbit pelt etc...) give each time +20% of chance?
If it's all the time the same benefit, what is ithe point to have two different information? It's confused me and to be honest, I was under the impression that It was more a display error and only the journal chance (65%) have to take effect, I miss so many times ... (widely more than 15% of time)
