Movies like this game?
Yesterday i saw Here Alone that reminded me of playing this game. Another movie i can think of is the Road.
Anyone else have reconmendations that are in the spirit of The Long Dark, doesnt neccerarily have to be in a snow enviroment, just survival in general.

I am legend. I can imagine the wolves telling tales in their dens about this malevolent wanderer that entices you with food and just as you go to eat, strikes you down with his thunder stick. As your family watch from afar he will rip you apart, consume your flesh and make a trophy of your skin. I talking the pre focus group ending of course!

I can't recommend that one (all four parts) enough. So good.

And like I'll be the one says, The Arctic....it just can't come out soon enough for me.

The Grey is a great movie. The Revenant too (it even has a bear fight). And The mountain between us is an interesting movie too

Not a movie, but the TV series Alone really captures what its like trying to survive by yourself in the wilderness. Take a bunch of self-proclaimed survival experts, dump them in the Canadian wilds alone, and see how they do......some don't last very long at all
