How do I host a local server?
I haven't played in a while, and now I don't know how to host a local server for my friends to play. Is this feature removed?

I'm trying to find out the same. I can't find anything but apparently the devs didn't include it. It might come out in a patch though, at least I hope so.

Here is how to do it: Copy your entire untired directory onto another location, preferably the desktop for easy access. Then go into the directory, and right click the unturned.exe. Select send to -> desktop. A new shortcut will appear on the desktop. Now right click that, and select properties. Once in properties, look for where it says, "Target" then lists a directory. After what is there already, add in this: -nographics -batchmode +secureserver/Turned 3.x

There should be one space between the file path and the added text. Once you do this, simply run the shortcut, and a new server will be created. To connect, make sure you are all on the local network, and just connect to your ipv4 adress found when you run ipconfig in admin CMD.

Bumping again because the Mods refuse to PIN a thread with instructions on how to create a server.

It doesn't matter, a simple google search solves all problems.

Tell that to the dozens of people posting this question every single day.

No I mean it - please tell them.

I know, they are just slightly incompetent, or lazy, or both... At least they can learn. Hopefully.

Was just hoping for a local server. Anayways when I spent an hour trying to get it to work from that same video and it would just load saying failed to connect...

Sometimes the first time it says that, for me it connects after the first try. If not I'm sorry I am not a Mac user.
