The kepka sounds like Kapkan doing 60 damage upon impact just like his EDD.
The Glaz is a semi auto sniper just like glaz's sniper.
And the Thermite Charge oh come on its kinda obvious the creator snuck these in.
Most importantly, it's a reference to two russian Unturned memes/jokes.
Kepka means someone either who just joined the server, or who doesn't have much experience in the game. Kepka means ''Cap'' in Russian.
The second part is that it's an occuring meme in the Russian Unturned community to die by rake, or more accurately, dying by stepping on it. ''stepping on a rake'' is also considered a synonym to ''dying in a stupid way''. And whoever stepped on a rake is called a Kepka.
''Kapkan'' is simply trap in Russian.
