Its a worldwide release , as stated . Unless they change their mind , it unlocks at the exact sametime for the entire world .

Again , there have been developers who suddenly had a change of heart and release the game earlier than the time stated before.

Eh...this game unlocks at 4 am for me. I doubt I'll be up that late at night, and just the right time for me to wake up (on my days off, I really have no clue when that'll be :P) and unpack it.

I find it funny how considering that 99% of steam releases are global, there are still a few special snowflakes at every game release, who think that them being angry to the point of drooling all over the keyboard will somehow change anything at all.

In the UK it unlocks at 6pm which is fine as I'm working Tuesday anyway so it'll be ready when I get home.

Release date on amazon and several other sellers just change to 18th of august so all the fuzz you people doing about when or how it release already have to wait another couple of days anyway.

PC is worldwide on the 15th In some places like Europe the release for Console and Physical versions is the 18th so it didn't just change it's always been the 18th If you live in Europe just on Steam we get it on the 15th
