I am also having the same problem, but was not before. Both pc's are Win 10 and I tried the suggested fixes. Hopefully RE0 won't have the same issue.

hopefully RE0 doesnt face any bugs.. im suprised capcom hasnt attended these fix the only fix they did that i remember last was adding a DX9 into the game to fix what ever issue someone had

The problem was solved by WMP library file to the root of the game. Installed Windows 10. Thank you for giving Poed file!

hmm, well the wmvcore.dll file provided worked great! I was trying to figure out why mine didn't work. The version I have is 12.0.11099.1000 and the linked one is 10.0.0.3802. Ayhow, maybe the version number will help someone else too.

I'm glad to help you. By the way, this file is working on other recent releases from Capcom, including Dragon's Dogma (endless loading after the first boss).

what's the exact path and place for me to place the file

For me i put it in the base folder. I am sure your file path will be different. E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Resident Evil Biohazard HD REMASTER

I think I've fixed mine, I went to the NVIDIA control panel > Manage 3D settings > Select a program to customize: RE Biohazard HD > Select the preferred graphics processor > integrated graphics.

Some of us don't have that option. I think that's when it runs off your CPU instead of GPU. Or some built-in crap on the motherboard.
