Architect's Dream achievement not working

Came back to the game after a while to try and get the last few achievements I was missing.
Unlocked the last building, the runeforge, did a few runs to try and get a few other achievements but the buy all buildings achievement still won't trigger. I tried some of the fixes I saw online: buying upgrades in the runeforge to force the game to acknowledge it, checked my discovery page to make sure it was there, and as mentioned started a few runs to make it register as a building on the map, verified the files.

None of the fixes worked, so seeing if anyone managed to solve it before I try another alternative and resetting all the progress to zero and try and unlock everything again (which I would like to avoid if it means it won't work). Any advice or solutions welcome. Thank you.
