Runeforge

Hi, All.

Love this game. I'm just having trouble getting Runeforge to show up.

1) I have the "all buildings" achievement, and can see Ruenforge in the list of buildings.
2) I earned over 1000 honor to unlock (my personal highest is 35 levels in normal, as i just started yesterday)
3) The building slot on the beach between the sacrifice and Druids never apperas.

I saw on some other posts that a few people have had issues with it not appearing. They asked people to DM to fix it. Not sure what that is about, but might include save game sharing or something.

Can anyone point me to a way to get the building to show up to build?

PS. I did see a post that said someone played to level 38 and it unlocked. If its just a matter of getting to level 38, I will keep at it. Thanks in advance for any help.
