I think they're excellent, keep them coming!
Its available as open beta patch but not live yet.
As for said changes, besides the ones that have already been mentioned, I have noticed those:
New scopes/sights for some weapons. Some of those even seem like they are 3D. I'm not exactly sure though. At least there are nice new reflections when looking around.
Bolts of some guns now kick back when firing.
In village, you can notice some replaced building models (@devs; those new models look nice but why replace the older ones instead of adding the new ones as new options?).
AI has been improved, specifically vehicle pathfinding. (Nearly) no more pointless turns, U-turns and J-turns. I'm not sure if there are more AI changes, maybe someone else can spot some?
New outlines when hovering over or selecting friendly units. Enemies also get marked/outlined when aiming at them for some seconds.
Guided helicopter missiles are now only guided when keeping the fire button pushed while the missile is travelling.
I'm really liking the new update so far. Of course there are some problems, it's still in beta, but I'm sure they'll get fixed.
My only gripe is that SEALs still look like those Hollywood-cliché SEALs with boonie hats. They could use some variation in my opinion.
I'll add it to the post later on today
