It's the first time I encounter this bug.
I don't even use Special K's HDR in this game and I wrote Special K.
Maybe you're just having trouble calibrating the image?
I'd suggest grabbing Lilium's Luminance Histogram shader and normalizing the levels, some of the adjustments are hard to see.
I would suggest grabbing the latest nightly build from Discord. Reflex's framerate limit does not work, so if you're on a VRR screen it's going to let you exceed VSYNC rate and queue between 1 and 3 extra frames.
Any third-party framerate limiter will do, technically. Not the driver's limiter though because they only partially integrated Reflex and the driver tries and fails to control Reflex. If you use Special K, it'll automatically force the limit below VRR minimum.
