Snipers don't get more zoom by reaching elite. The zoom is entirely dependent on the weapon (some sniper rifles have better zoom than others) and the sniper level has no effect on it (only Eagle Eye potential has an effect on it).
Engineers fully resupply even at level 1.
The only bonuses snipers and engineers get at elite are +10 HP, +50 AP, +10 accuracy and +5~10 evasion.
Gain a *rights* to use Mortar Lance. Don't get confuse with Scout and Shocktrooper, those classes are instantly gained both rights and weapon to use, Lancer need to wait until chapter 10.
Polite way to reply to OP that he wasted his time and found nothing
Isn't Patch 1.2 was added to welcome DLC and...... lower enemy HP?
I'll have to pay attention. I thought they were only getting 1 ammo too... Thanks for the info lmao.
Adding onto this, I can confirm that Lancers also gain at LEAST 10 Accuracy from Level 1 to Level 20... It is likely that everyone gets the same base Elite bonus, with Scouts and Troopers getting double the AP and likely additional HP.

I didn't note the AP gain at elite though. But it's only + 50~100 AP:
- Scouts go from 800 AP to 900 AP
- Troopers from 350 AP to 450 AP
- Lancers from 350 AP to 400 AP
- Engineers from 600 AP to 650 AP
- Snipers from 250 AP to 300 AP
Engineers and Snipers really get the least benefits from elite (compared to the other classes who get alternative weapons and a good boost to at least one stat).
Nope, even at level 1, engineers have 3 grenades and their large ragnaid heals 250 HP (and their engineer's tools 1000 BHP). Engineers and snipers really get nothing but some stat increase at elite.

Most of the examples are pretty situational and/or require a proc/OP lance. The point is you forgo anti-tank capability of the only class capable dealing with tanks for some limited anti-infantry bonuses. It would be an okay weapon if could be switched at any time during the combat.
