Enemies don't drop weapons upon death & can't spawn item through Dev. Mode

Whenever an enemy dies, they don't drop their weapons nor can I spawn them with the Dev Mode in 'Open Debug Actions Menu

when i clear the issues i get this error message

Hey, so after getting in a fight against an ancient danger scyther, lancer and 3 people that popped outta cryosleep my game started nonstop kicking out the following error, nonstop, forcing me to
