When I looked at the debug log it says "Expception in UIRootUpdate: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not seem to an instance of an object at (wrapper dynamic-method)

I entered DeveloperMode and got his failure message:

i keep getting "object reference not se to instance of an object" whenever i try to get my caravan to trade with another faciton, not sure whats up. heres my error log, and a copy of my load order

My 200mod list has only one red line and it starts with

idk how to post images but the text says this,
