The issue is:

Exception ticking Bluebird (at (113, 0, 90)). Suppressing further errors. Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

This error
makes up most of the entire log.

As Yari says, it might be Hugslib or another being out of order.

Looks like the mod
more factions is making the error, best bet is to use the mod forums and ask for help there.

I can't create new colonies :'(

When I want to start a new game, I can't go beyond the choice of scenario. The Next button does not work.

I entered DeveloperMode and got his failure message:
