damn, how did I not notice the coordinate? Now that make it even easier. Just open dev mode, use Inspector tool (the option with magnified glass icon), look up for the whatever

Every time a pawn completes their task I get this error message:

In case anyone else is googling this, I got a similar error from a bugged out Caretaker mech in the now discontinued "Reinforced Mechanoids 2".
