Every time a pawn completes their task I get this error message:

In case anyone else is googling this, I got a similar error from a bugged out Caretaker mech in the now discontinued "Reinforced Mechanoids 2".

This error was indeed an invisible pawn issue for me as well. The mod in question had a fix in the discussion section that allowed
