right mouse button not working

at one point the context menu on the right mouse button stopped working, I tried to delete the mods and the game too but it didn't help

Just to check, does the right mouse work outside the game? This might be a hardware issue beyond just the game itself. There might also be some other program you have running in the background interfering with how your mouse clicks are interpreted.

Presuming it does work for other purposes on your computer, there's a possibility some configuration file somewhere became screwed up. Try going to your options menu and just hit the "reset all configurations to default" button. If that's still not enough, go to your configuration files (default on Windows: %AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Config or wherever it's set to on your computer - the options menu will tell you) and just delete everything. The game will generate default values for all your mods if there are no existing files.

Does restarting the game help ?

I had the same problem too.
I had my pawns out in caravan for four days (leaving the base empty), when theyre back my right click just doesn't work with most things other than 'clean room' command. Quit to menu and load game dont work but Quit to OS and then restarting it returned it to normal.

High-end gaming mice sometimes have an issue of button press negated by the firmware debounce filter. It can be caused by static accumulation from a long session causing the hairtrigger electrical contact to become noisy. Unplug/pull batteries and rest 10 minutes may help.

I tried to play with another mouse and nothing changed

yes it seems to have helped, now I can command them normally, but if I just right click then the menu on the tab will open
