someone give me a hint pls?

same mods are running correctly on another PC
What happens when you disable jecstools?

The top error means you need to unsubscribe from this mod:

The null reference error isn't the actual error, it's just a reference pointing to the error. You would need to post the real error to see anything from it.

thanks for help, but not work, either with or without jecstools
as i mentioned,it can run correctly on another PC,so might somewhat independents issue?

When I say unsubscribe I do not mean disable, I mean fully unsubscribe from it. You have two versions of JecsTools, even if they are both disabled the game is reading them at launch to populate the mod list and because they have the same internal ID it's generating an error. That error is harmless if you don't have the mods enabled, but unsubscribing to the older mod I linked will make it go away.

The other errors could be anything, since you didn't post the actual errors I can't really say anything with any certainty. If you use the same exact modlist on multiple systems and only get the error on one of them, then it's possible it's a config issue, or another issue related to a subscribed but not enabled mod. You can try unsubscribing to any old mods, and deleting your config files on the system getting the error.
