Reduce Fertility before procedures research
Does anyone know if there's any mods or something that can force pawns to be infertile, or at least greatly reduce their fertility, before researching fertility procedures? I've toggled the chance of pregnancy on the social page to avoid pregnancy but with the amount of times they ♥♥♥♥ the couples would seriously have like a dozen children each.

you could always give them separate beds temporarily
I believe Alpha Memes has a fertility precept as part of their expanded ideologies. It may not help if you've already started the game, (unless you want to edit your ideoligion after the start of the game with character editor,) but one of the options is to set the followers of your ideoligion to reduced fertility, which halves it.

If you want to get more invasive, you can also use character editor to give pawns the infertile gene, which'll stop 'em in their tracks. Just take the gene out when you're ready.

Separate rooms works extremely well.
Start with colonists in their upper 40s or low 50s?
If you have Anomaly, targeting the pawn with a Chronophagy ritual or two will get their bio age into the infertile range; the resulting brain damage should be curable by a healing creep or a healer mech serum.
Alternatively: the wiki indicates that the chance of pawns lovin' is divided by zero if either pawn is 16, which I think is meant to say that the chance is *multiplied* by zero if the pawn is underage. Therefore Chronophagy can be used in the intended way to reduce all your various partnered pawns to bio 13 and they won't try to have children for a few years after that. I haven't tested that though, and I don't plan to.
You could have them sleep in separate beds
