Graphic mods meaning retextures? Or just mods with lots of new items including custom sprites? Or both? :D
RimPy and Startup Impact. RimPy let you reconfigure your mod list outside of game with sorting func that get the job done, it also let you compress all textures of active mods boosting ending loading speed.
Startup Impact show what loaded longest, so you know what to remove if number was too high.
And not modded solution, rimworld loads faster after successful load with mods changes, if you keep it simple without mod swapping or changing load order you would have that boost
The mod manager will complain if you put this in first position, but it will still work. If you put it after anything, it simply won't trace that mod.
Really wish someone would pick up this mod and develop it. Maybe I will.
Please share your results here!
Then you can deduce the impact of textures by enabling/disabling those mods and checking that category. :-)
Sorry for the confusion, I am already using that mod (I just wrongly assumed it was part of Rocketman, haha). It's also one of the first mods to be loaded.

That's 235s out of 352s "not measured", seems a little excessive haha, especially after converting all textures to DDS.
Also, make sure it is the very first, even before stuff like Prepatcher and Core.
I'll check out the mod you've linked, wasn't aware there was a more up-to-date fork available.
I've had 20 to 30 minute load times; once in game though it runs pretty well. But my computer is a little old among other issues.
Trying to be more responsible about modding these days.
Haha ain't that the truth, practise responsible modding, kids! But I know what you mean
Bro 20 to 30 minutes? wtfh
You can start the game, make dinner and eat it all in the same time before it's loaded up
