no idea if they contribute to performance issues, probably not noticeable with most people's mod lists would be my guess.
This is the best one. Rather than adding any new jobs or causing any background complexity or performance issues, it just uses it's own system to to assign priorities to every subtask. It works with every modded job AFAIK, has no performance cost (unless maybe you use the optional scheduling mechanic), and you can expand and collapse each job as needed so you don't have to clutter your work tab when you don't need the extra control.
