You can fix it with RimPy, adding
i appreciate the effort but i literally have no idea how to navigate my system
i did that 'cause i'm an idiot and wtf is rimpy (also ty for the help)
https://github.com/rimpy-custom/RimPy/releases is the main program, and
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1847679158 is a database you can subscribe to (don't activate it in your mods list, just subscribe) for it to help sort mods, although you shouldn't need it to just reenable Core if that's all you want.
If you don't want to bother with it, you can open the folder by pasting the path
thank you very much
....how do you not know something as bare basic as how to use Windows Explorer to navigate to a folder?
Heck, in the Steam browser you can right click on the game in your library, mouse over "manage" in the menu that pops up, then select "browse local files" to open an explorer window to the folder directly.
