and play in builder mode
Why does the mouseover for this thread read completely differently for the OP content brief, yet there is no "edit" tag shown in the OP??? This is like... magic or sumthin'. Did it generate a cache "live" and then just keep it? Interesting...
Edit-Add: Just curious due to the above - Did you post from a smartphone?
Ontopic - Agree with the mod recommend or any settings in the options you can use to turn off conflict/combat/raid events.
Basically, turning off all non-event/combat stuffs and putting the game at Builder difficulty would focus more on Mood/Social, but you'd need certain DLC elements or mods to provide a bit more engagement in that kind of playthrough, IMO.
PS: I'd recommend looking for some non-combat oriented mods to help fill the void. "Hospitality" is great and there are several off-shoots to bundle with it that could make for some interesting gameplay choices.

It may be the initial bracket tag somehow borking up Steam's cache, perhaps? Steam hates random brackets all over the place and forcefully tries to interpret them, sometimes refusing to kick out invalid formating brackets, 'cause... reasons.
I know I've had issues with certain bracket combos, but not in the cache'd mouse-header, like this one.
@OP Diseases and enemies can be disabled at any time in game without mods, you can go into the difficulty settings and click custom difficulty and you will find the options there. Disabling animals though, I don't know, you will probably have to find a mod for that.
