There is nothing in this screen that's customizable.
I will check in game in a little bit and update for ya.
Edit: So I was mistaken, that mod isn't what I saw the other day that allows you to change those things, I had Dev mode enabled so I could mess around with a couple mods I wanted to try out.
What you will want to do, is go into your Settings in game and enable Dev Mode. Once you do that, then you can open up your Ideology tab and chance the themes for your ideology so that you can build the different styles. As far as I know, there is no way to build in a theme that isn't part of your ideology.
As for the AI factions, with Dev Mode still enabled, open the Factions tab, click on a factions ideology, and then in the top right hand corner enable edit mode and rebuild the ideology to what you want.
Hope this helps, and don't forget to turn off Dev Mode.
