Maybe have 'human purity' as a meme or 'Flesh Purity' updated where you're not encouraged to keep xenohumans as colonists around
Or
'Xeno adaption' where its the opposite and everyone desires to be genetically altered so as to better adapt to the environment similar to the desire of transhumanists to be machines but instead for genetic modifications.
More precepts like whether having kids is a good thing or a bad thing for the 'Guilt' meme (lol). More humans just means more suffering and more guilt after all ... Hey I didn't make the rules.
Precepts or mechanics regarding mechanitors as they require body implants which should go against the flesh purity meme as well.
There's probably a bunch of other memes and precepts which need to be added or considered to cross pollinate successfully and keep everything tied together.
I don't hope that Tynan goes the way most developers do and just pretend like there's no such thing as cross pollination or cross integration of different DLC / expansions. That's one of the most annoying parts about developers where they just forget that they have old content that needs to be updated and integrated with the new.

I could see Body Purists getting more mileage out of this DLC for sure.
