JUST ADD A "CUSTOM CHARACTER START" ALREADY!

I seriously hate that my entire RimWorld Experience has been broken because I can't edit my starter characters... It's how we tell stories as players, if I want to make crash landed, lesbian, cannibals be my starter characters and see where it goes then BY GOD I SHOULD BE ABLE TO!!! WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO RELY ON A MOD FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE AN OPTION IN THE BASE GAME ALREADY!!!!! ♥♥♥♥!!! JUST ADD Prepare Carefully OPTION TO THE GAME ALREADY!!! Can't believe I supported you guys, paid full price for a DLC, only to no longer be able to enjoy my game... Good day sirs!

Not my point, It should seriously just be in the base game... It would be so easy to give people the option... yet... no dice.

That's not the game Tynan wants to make, and that's why he made sure the game extensively supports modding.

Character Editor is looking pretty awesome. Gonna download and give it a shot after work.

You can edit characters after starting using dev mode to add/remove traits, adjust stats, etc. Or you can get the Character Editor mod. Technically both are cheating, though that's not really important in a single player game. Part of the challenge is supposed to be working and adapting to the advantages and flaws of the characters you get. Setting up a colony of super pawns may be fun for a bit, but it'd get stale.

I don't think misogynist is appropriate as he genuinely doesn't hold any anti-female paradigm, he is anti feminist yes, but that's not the same as being misogynist. Then again this is rimworld so ... it does make sense in a way that you'd overly characterize him. You do you in the end.

I know its difficult, because the guy is saying a lot without saying anything. Trying to be as vague as possible, but that description is pretty accurate, and there are more then enough youtube videos you can go watch with the receipts. I suggest Some More News video on him, or the Bible Reloaded (now Hannah and Jake) stuff did looking through his book if you want a more Anti-"religion" and less broad look at the guy.

It is easy. It's against the design vision of the devs and that's all there is to it, caps ranting won't change that.
