First impression is most likely a mod issue. Rather a mod updated and caused issues or a conflict of mods that only just showed up.
Looking at the log, it looks like they are trying to smelt something and is having an error reaching the object. So you might want to try disabling the smelting job to see if they will run around and do something else.

It all started with screen flashes. And with them came the lags.
The solution was this: first I removed parts of the map through the "clear" command. I wanted to understand which part of the map had the same thing that caused the flash on the screen. I found a problematic place in the warehouse. After that, he began to remove several racks. At the end, I found one rack that only had clothes on it. After that, he successfully removed everything that was on it and the shelving itself too.
