Neutroamine synthesis

Is there any mod that allows for the synthesis of neutroamine? Even if very costly to make, it be worth it to make some of the advanced drugs and medicines. I hardly ever get tradespeople visit who sell it to me. I bought all I could and am on year 6 and have around 30-40 neutroamine :/

Says it is compatible with 1.3, though I haven't tested it personally for this version. My guess is that it works just fine though.
