Blood pressure is not base game. The only blood stat is really the blood loss rate. Unless that is what you are talking about?
edit: think there is blood filtration also. probably derived from kidney presence/damage if I had to guess

There's probably an option to disable it in the settings, or you can remove the mod.
It's hard to call it "bloat" when it's a bunch of independent sub-mods that you only install if you want the related mechanics.
But ya it's Vanilla Cooking Expanded, and the entire point of that mod is the various buffs and debuffs you get from eating certain foods.
Okay so I had some canned food provided by the same mod and I also got some blood pressure increase. Fairly certain it was due to the canned food as I didn't have any 'gourmet' dishes that could have the extra seasoning. I guess I didn't read what was in the can.
