You'll need to send enough pemmican along to keep the foxes fed during the trip. Caravans seem to lump human and animal food together, and animals don't seem to eat kibble on the road unless everything else is gone.
They reproduce 2 for 1 so they multiply like crazy. They can be taught to haul things but they'll eventually eat your colony into starvation some winter.
Moral of our stories, Just Say No to Foxes....
I guess slaughtering seems to be the only options
The only way out is to "Order 66" the foxes.
