8x10 is correct, it's the minimum size. Can make it what you like bigger than that.

80 is 8x10. But go a little larger... I think this is still the case, but not positive if they changed it... in the betas, some furniture in the room used to take up space and make rooms smaller.

80 is also 1x80 (80), 2x40 (80), 3x27 (81), 4x20 (80), 5x16 (80), 6x14 (84), 7x12 (84), or 9x9 (81).

If you have the resources make it bigger so you can later add more thrones or promote your noble without tearing down walls.
