but it dont seem to do it, he can go where he wants as well?
When it comes to preventing infections, covering the wound up 2s faster is more important than Glitter Meds vs No Mods.
There is only one downsite in a 1man colonie: You can't put Cyborg parts on yourself
Granted starting out was rough, but after you can make the first tier it's a non issue imho.

There's actually several different versions. The one I've linked above is the really basic tier 1 version. There are other versions that let you craft them and can build better versions/higher tiers with more skill including an Omni bot that can do everything.
The only thing I dislike about them is they tend to be a little expensive and the crafter bots have a bad habit of stopping crafting immediately after starting and wondering around. So I tend to not use them. It could use more balancing, but for a solo play I prefer that and one called androids somethin' or other,,, I'll edit and link it next.
And this one as well.

But I normally only use the very basic robots from it. The "Androids" are basically people with blue blood. So my solo plays I'd just rather use regular old stupid bots that are semi -disposable.
