Bionic and Aerotech versions I think.
Bionic is in the research tree.
You have to visit spacer locations to find a spine for sale, sometimes its a quest reward but its not common. They are expensive enough to be prohibitive.
Since, as mentioned, you can craft a bionic spine (after you researched it,) that is probably the better way - unless, perhaps, you're early game, long way to go until researching bionics, and happen to have a spare healer mech serum. But then I'd probably still consider keeping the colonist in bed for a year until you researched it or come across a trader who sells it.
Edit: as far as I know, there is only a Bionic spine, not an Archotech one.
