I don't know, if there is a mod for that (and I don't dare to search through hundreds of mods myself), but if you give us a bit more information, somebody here may help you to get a grip on that problem, w/o a mod.

Because there are always lots of solutions for most problems in Rimworld.

im no rimpro but doesnt an improved stomach and better blood filtration slow down the metabolism allowing you to eat less?

You don't need a mod, I'm fairly certain it's a stat you can adjust in your scenario settings.
