What to do with centipede bodies?

Just killed my first centipede and dont know what to do with the dead body.

if those are natural material they could be butchered and made into a meal, if they are metallic they could be disassembled

Once you have researched Machining and have built a Machine work bench, you may set a bill for it to disassemble mechanoids = centipedes and scythers. This will yield steel, plasteel and components.
You really ought to use the Rimworld wiki if you have any questions. It's full of answers ;)

They make good animal food if you have animals that eat meat. I don't think you want to make it into food for pawns. I think it gives a mood debuff.

Err no. Centipedes are big armoured mechanoid assault tank/walkers and very much inedible to most organics unless you add something like rust monsters.
