Agro bugs
Having problems with some of the mega fauna and other wildlife not registering as threats once they attack one of my colionists and the turrets will not fire to save them. Anyone know of a fix?

It's not a "bug." Animals (modded or vanilla) that are hunting for food will not register as enemies, even if they are hunting your own colonists. For whatever reason it's working as intended. I use the Animals Logic mod linked by teravisor to change that mechanic as I think it's dumb and would like to have my turrets and whatnot shoot at threats.

Actually, it IS a bug. There is code which should handle hunting predators, it is just broken.
