Scars?
Hi all,

I was just wondering if it would be possible to get rid of the stab scar on one of my colonists brains. They can't do anything.

Thanks,
Salmon.

Or a mod that allows you to “craft” body parts.

Edit: I’d actually like to know if there is a way/mod that will enable you to schedule some sort of pain relief for pawns (like smoke leaf or herbal medicine) - currently you can only schedule stuff like that for joy or mood, nothing for people who have long term pain debuffs. (I know debuffs affect mood. But they may really happy but I don’t want my pawns being in pain for their whole life just because a squirrel once bit their foot.

Not realistically without mods. There's a rare quest reward you can find in the base game called a healing mechanite serum or whatever that will heal any injury, but getting one is very RNG dependent and I wouldn't count on it. Luciferium would heal it eventually, but creates a worse problem in the process so I would avoid that option.

My pawn basicaly has brain cancer, they are incapble of doing anything. All of this because a dead fall trap.

heal serum (but can only be found on quests)
lucy (but it needs a constant supply of 1 per 5 days, so either have a cryocasket if you run out of lucy or just dont)
stab him in the brain a bunch and hope you get lucky and get the savant injury (wont actually heal the injury but it will compensate, this does make it likely he will lose the ability to speak so if its your warden its not an option)

or mods, epoe has ai chips and brainpals that would both fix the brain

That sounds like a good time to utilise the euthanasia operation.

Edit: that felt kinda cold. So I want to say, it’s a difficult choice to choose, should you allow the pawn to live or end their life. But the Rim can prove to be a difficult place to live and every day is a fight for survival.

I've had two "mechanite serum stash" opportunities so far but I don't know if taking taking the risk of going to get it would make sense even for a braindead colonist. Maybe if it was on the way to other stops/missions..
