Can't install simple prosthetic arm
I got a somewhat odd problem, I got a colonist lacking an eye and another one lacking a left arm.

I use some medical mods and I thought, one of them might be responsible but I can't figure out, what the source of the problem is.
I use the following mods in that order, that fiddle with surgeries, prostheses/bionics and organs (excluding all the other mods I use, in total about 150 mods):

- [1.0] Rah's Bionics and Surgery Expansion - Hardcore Edition (Link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=850428056)

- Questionable Ethics Enhanced (Link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1787359789)

- Crude Bionics (Link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1785162951)

- Harvest Everything! (Link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1500981707)

- Harvest Organs Post Mortem (Link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1204502413)

- Medical Dissection (Link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1328216966)

Originally I also did use EPOE and a Mod adding Fingers for it, but since I've read, that Rah's is incompatible with it (I didn't know that), I deactived both mods, however, that didn't solve the problem.

Besides that, thinking ingame reasons, I can't identify one, I got a Doctor with a Skill of 10 (should be enough with a fair risk of the operation failing), I got regular medicine and herbal medicine, I got a bed designated as medical and of cause the simple prosthetic arm, the ingredients all inside my refrigerator room, so nothing is spoiled.

Anyone got an idea, what could be the problem here?

PS: The Arm is "cut-off" not "destroyed" and I got no option to remove the left arm, so it seems to be no problem with the game somehow thinking, that there is a left arm or anything like that.

Probably wont work with herbal meds only. Check your medication toggles. Are surgeries set to real meds or higher?

I've read that too and thus set it to glitterworld and ticked "use best meds available", however, that didn't change the fact, that in the Operations Tab the option, to install a prosthetic arm doesn't show up.

If don't have glitterworld meds, don't set it that way. That's saying you can only perform surgeries if there is enough glitterworld meds to get it done, and you said you only have herbal meds.

I'm not sure you can even do surgeries with herbal meds, but set that to herbal meds and see if it lets you.

I've got normal and herbal meds available.
The problem is not, that the operation is greyed out or anything, it isn't showing up at all.

Alrdy had this idea and asked him in one of the forum posts in his mod section, hoping for an answer.

Did you check that Crude Bionics is compatible with RBSE? When two mods are adding the same or similar content, things can easily be conflicted.

Ok I found the "problem" and it is no mod conflict.
I was building a simple prosthetic arm (btw these are added by RBSE) but lost track of it and my doctor dissected a corpse and that got me a natural arm. I mistook the arm for a prosthetic one and was thinking of a conflict.

After I tested it in devmode, after seeing that I got a natural arm and not a prosthetic one, researching all technologies, I came up with the conclusion, that I need to research a technology, to install natural arms (somehow makes sense).
And although I don't know yet, which technology, the mods seem to work as intended, so no problem after all, just me not reading carefully.
Sorry for the fuss.

Careful with installing natural body parts with RBSE. IIRC they will always maintain a chance for rejection, which sounds about right, but its not a do-it-and-forget-it type operation.

Yeah I just thought I had a prosthetic arm but I "only" had a natural arm out of flesh from a corpse, that was the source of confusion :D
