You can't change things as you want afaik. Even god mode does not allow i think but you would need to test as we have different mod sets no doubt. There are AI training modules available from traders in my games, probably a mod though, but there is a construction one I believe so that may help.
So if you could tell me that name of the mod it would save me a some time
Thanks
it will get construction up but keeping it high enough will be hard
but you can just spawn some in and see how well that goes, at the far right: try place near thing
then find the construction learner
Be warned that when it says fast, it means FAST, like thousands of exp per second. So if you use it, let it run for a second or two, then disable again. Beyond that... nope, pretty sure there's no other way available to add passion, not even save editors as those only seem to have options to change the skill value, not add passion.
edit: also, that means fast exp for ALL pawns, so it'd be a good idea to either draft everyone first, or disable all tasks except for the one pawn you want to train quickly.
You can remove the passion tag to designate no passion, or it can have the values "Major" or "Minor" depending on what you want.
A way you could increase this partly is getting the mad skills mod, there is an option to change the "great memory" trait to make it increase learning speed by I think its 75%,use dev mode,go into the top right of the pawn/map/etc editing menu and type "trait" into the search bar then click the highlighted option and find great memory in that separate menu, then click on your constructor to give him the trait
This is a very old thread and there are now tools available to handle things like this effortlessly.
