Keeping human meat meals separate
Started my first sea ice game with Randy on Extreme and I have to use every available food source. My starting guy (rich explorer scenario) is a cannibal which makes things a little easier...but the other two who have joined since aren't cannibals. How can I keep the human meat meals separate from the meals for the normies?

I know that the storage options lets you dis/allow meats by type (rat, cos, human, bug, etc.) but i have no idea if it takes into consideration what the meals themselves are made of

Seems like that only has to do with raw meats

What's also stupid is that putting a single human meat meal in a pile of normal meals taints the whole pile...So if there is a pile of 9 beef meals and someone puts a single human meat meal in it, then every single meal in the pile becomes "Contains: Beef, human meat"

Make a stockpile for ONLY human meat meals , set it to critcal, you're good now.

You can't specify the meal contents, just the meal type ie simple, fine, lavish etc.

I've used these types in the past to separate them, but on an ice sheet playthrough you won't have the luxury of doing different types for awhile

I've been trying to figure out a way around this issue myself. I have resigned to have a stove specifically for human meat inside my human meat freezer and the stock pile for those meals in the same room. I set the details to carry the meals to that specific stock pile. I set that area as restricted for everyone except my cannibal.

This was going well until my cannibal began stockpiling other meals in there because I had my cooks dropping the meals as they made them so my haul slaves could put them in the right place. So now its looking like I will either have to have my cooks carry the meals after making them, which isn't as efficient as I'd like. Or I can restrict my cannibal from the area they drop the meals at and move around some of my production area so the cannibal may still work at the other production tables.

It feels messy and like too much micromanagement. If someone else finds a better solution, please share. Thanks.

Don't know if that will do what you need, but saw it linked in a thread in the last few days.
