Is it possible to make a Porsche look-a-like?

Definite buy from me if the tools in the game are able to make rear engine cars and have those old flip up headlights. Would love to recreate like a 1970's porsche and even new more modern. And the ability to drive your created car on a test track. Not just look at a timer.

haha yes, they have a porche body (older porche), the emblems are a bit limited right now... the point of the game though is to make your own vehicle, and although the porche is impressive why would you not want to try your hand at creating something better?

Well. If I can make my all time favorite car, that'd make me happy. Would be nice to make some wicked super cars. But only playing the game for a few minutes I have not had the chance to explore every option. Would be nice to recreate some cars as well as drive them. Being able to have mod support is going to make this game killer.

Just to add to what PlagueFerret said RR cars are not in yet (only FF, FR, MR) but are coming.

The other stuff is discussed a lot here and over at the official forums. Custom 3D badges are made by some forum members as mods if you have a design they will probably make them for you. There is no way to make them in the game, not sure what will happen with that but they may be doable in the future (don't quote me) even if they are simple shapes with a .jpg or similar loaded as a texture.

Driving cars won't happen (and there are dozens of threads already asking this)- making a realistic driving game is a massive undertaking even for far bigger studios (see ProjectCARS delays for example) and these guys wouldn't settle for something half arsed. There may be a converter in the future though which would be a great solution.

Have a look on the main forums as all your questions will be answered over there and you'll probably get a quicker response. Check out the car design forum as there are some excellent replicas.

Keep in mind also that this is an early access game and things like body types, engine configurations and other content will eventually be added to the game. Right now the developer is focusing on the tycoon aspect of the game as well as laying a foundation for it with the engine designer and the car designer.

They may also make it available to mod the game and add our own car bodies (fingers crossed).

Yes I am aware of this Early Access title, I liked what I seen on the videos I've watched and that gave me enough reason to buy it. I would love for the main mechanic of the game (The tycoon) to be implemented and working before adding more content. But the forums are pretty dead here, which is okay, but not okay. (I don't mind it lol) Gonna be a smashing game when it gets all the content planned for it.

There is no rear-engine in the game currently. So you cannot recreate the architype rear-engined Porsche (might be added in future though). However, do you want to recreate a Porsche? Why not design something yourself?
