challenge suggestion

I suggest to bring back the way challenges used to be, or add it as an extra on top. In earlier versions, you'd be given a category and budget and different parameters that the customer wanted you to follow, like small engines for military generators.

Singleplayer challenges are planned to return in the Terso Update, which will be following the Al-Rilma Update.
