How do i make car bodies (via mods)

I want to make my own car body, how do i do that? (i know its has to be via a mod).
You may send a tutorial if there is one :)

You need 3DS Max 2013 32 bits (2010 and 2012 also work but it has to be 32 bits)

You will also need to learn how to model car bodies.

is there a free modeling software that works with automation? I would love to make mods but dont really have the budget for that.

you can download a cracked verison of 3DSMAX via torrent, altho it takes hours and hours of learning to make even the most basic things with it.
