You don't need a code or any opt-ins; the current default build is the most up to date version of Automation.

All the other builds are older. If I opt for "None"; it downloads a version of LCV 4.2 Final Version with corrupted files (LUA Error)

And you are opted into "None"? If you opt into that option, that is the current public branch.

Opt into that version, then clear your Steam download cache; instructions for that are found here:

I cleared the cache, and once again opted for "None"
All my older engines, and models are in this build.
And a Lua error appears.

I mean, that's exactly what is supposed to happen. All of your older cars are supposed to transition as seamlessly as possible into the updated version of Automation.

Can you copy the LUA error and paste it here?

I cannot show you as I uninstalled the game, but I think it is tied to a LUA error I had before where all my models and engines were deemed unusable. The error was caused because there was a power outage, and my computer shut down mid-game. You helped me with this error in a past post. The fix was to delete the Sandbox, which deletes it all. Everything went well. I haven't played since then, and when I came back; somehow, the Sandbox that was deleted came back?

We can't help you fix the problems you're facing if the game is uninstalled, and you can't give us more information!

Yes I can. You are the Community Manager and Social Media Marketer. Please act more professional, instead of using ... and exclamation marks, which indicates you are losing your patience, don't use them at all. Its just a keyboard and you don't have to write out your feelings.

Nothing is solving the issue. Not even the SQLiteDataBase Repair. Deleting the Sandbox does not solve the issue either

I understand what I did wrong. For 4.3 I have to delete or restore the "DBbackup" but I do not have that file. What do I do?
