We'll have a look to see if there is a difference in exhaust size granularity between Imperial and metric measurements. It should be the same for both, in half-inch/12.7mm increments.
The weight for both balancing weight in the engine as well as the relationship between quality and weight is being looked at as part of the current update cycle.
Different front and rear suspension ride heights are not possible, unfortunately; it's baked too deep into the code of Automation to change without unravelling pretty much everything. That said, you can visually adjust them with the Advanced Trim Tools; it will only be a visual adjustment and have no effect on your car's performance in Automation, but it may produce unpredictable results in a BeamNG.drive export.
Toe adjustment is planned and part of the upcoming update cycle.
