"Failed to Delete or write to .zip" Export error
Hello, I am having this error when I try to export a vehicle from Automation to BeamNG, any Idea what could be causing this and how I could fix it?

Dev - That might be due to your system blocking that location. Not only needs Automation access to its own folders, but also to the BeamNG mod folder. Check your anti-virus or Windows Defender for that.

This was the reply I followed on that forum, I disabled windows defender and my other anti-virus from looking through those files and still nothing, same error as before.

Any other recommendations?

I never thought you were one, I was just wondering if you had any other ideas.

So after some digging I found out that for some reason disabling ransomware protection is the solution, simply excluding the files did not do anything. Anyways, I got it to work now so I'm happy.

ImBlynn Can you place steps for someone like me who isn't that knowlegeable with technology so other people who have the issue can get a solution.

Sure, However I don't know if it will work for everyone because not everybody uses the same antivirus as me.

I use Avast which has a feature that blocks ransomeware this seemed to be the problem in my case, I disabled this by opening Avast, Clicking the Menu tab in the top right (three bars), then settings (the gear) then clicking componets which was the second option down. you scroll down a little and you should see ransomeware protection all you do is click the toggle on the right and it will turn off. Note that you can trun it back on after you export your vehicles to still be protected later, but if you want to export you will have to turn it off.

If you can't figure out how to turn off ransomeware detection or you did and it did not do anything, I would suggest googling how to turn off your specific antivirus software completly, it should help but I don't suggest running your pc unprotected for long periods of time so after you export I would trun it back on just to be safe.

Hope this helps
