Will we ever be able to morph the engine bay?
Things like firewall placement, brake master cylinder placement, strut tower spacing and positioning, strut tower bars, engine placement and angle, intercooler placement, intake box and pipe relocation, throttle body location, filler panels, radiators and cross supports. As it stands on my 80s coupe I'm trying to build, there are gaps everywhere under the hood, including between my engine and transmission. And the intake charge pipe runs through the wheel well. And the steering rack runs trhough the engine oil pan. The ability to add, relocate, and/or adjust these engine bay fixtures would enhance the realism of this game.

Morphing of suspension components, or better yet, actual calculated suspension and steering geometry, with or without sliders, would also be a great addition. Things like control arm and strut lengths, angles, and position. Equal length CV shafts. Camber/Caster/Toe Angles. Front & Rear Track width. Rim width & offset. Direct input of specific tire size, speed, and load rating information, instead of selecting a width and diameter. (I'm pretty sure 80's grocery getter type cars didn't come with V-rated 15" tires.)

I've also noticed in most cases, I seem to have to add significant offset to the rear wheels to make them the same depth and look as the front wheels in many cases.

Before people say read the faq, I'll just say it but also:
Would be a VERY complicated but absolutely awesome idea.
Its a really creative wall of text you have made tbh so, maybe killrob would implement it in later years

its probably definitely coming in a future update, but probably not right now

I would love to see the adjustable track width added (as opposed to just wheel offset), I really hate having such a high wheel offset that the brake discs are no longer surrounded by the wheel.

Sweet! It's great to see a game like this making progress. This wasn't meant to sound like a gripe session. There are so many cool things about this game already. It's just so polished in so many other ways, it was... jarring?... to see this bit of jankyness in the engine bay. I still love that I can build and export to beam.NG and drive what I built. I played Detroit back in the 486 days, and this game is a very in-depth 21st century successor in every way.

Can anyone point me in the direction of tips and guidance for doing interiors?
