Note though i haven't tried this myself.
Step 1: Go to My Document > My Games > Automation.
Step 2: Find your latest save (will have date and timestamps).
Step 3: Open the .ZIP folder and go into the Finances folder.
Step 4: extract the .db file out into the Automation foler (or anywhere to your liking). There are only 2 item in that folder so there will only be one .db file.
Step 5: To open the .db file I recommend using DB Browser for SQLite found here (http://sqlitebrowser.org/).
Step 6: Once the file is open in DB Browser click on the "Browse Data" tab.
Step 7: There will only be one table called "Balance" - click (or double click on the number) and the large box on the right will show the number. Edit that number to whatever you like.
Step 8: In DB Browser click "Write Changes".
Step 9: Close DB Browser.
Step 10: Drag the .db file you just edited back into the Finances folder where you extracted it from. Click yes to overwriting the file inside the archive.
Play away with your multi-billion account balance.
