On a side note, anybody got a ton of money laying around we can throw Killrobs way so we can see all these additions come to life? Lol kidding of course.

There are many types of carbon composites, so I assumed you meant CFRP, wich is the carbon fiber used in body construction, not carbon ceramic, which would probably be a lot better at withstanding heat. Still though, you run into the problem of it being feasible. there's hardly any gain to the material you use except for lightness (the shape and size of the exhaust is what adds power, not the material it's made out of), but unless you're really need to shave off pounds, it has very little bearing on the weight compared to the rest of the car. most weight comes not from the headers, but from the mufflers and such. For the developers, it really makes no sense, the quality slider does that already... IRL though, that would be interesting to see.
